This kid need assistive shoes to support his balance, as he is not yet in a good condition after surgery that went well, he needs these shoes so the process will be good
The kid is growing up faster and wise, this means he need to be at school which rise the problem of mobility where it's difficult for his parent to take him anywhere as his weight increases.
