Wings of Compassion: Welcoming a New Volunteer to STC in Rehabilitation Journey
The rehabilitation space at STC was being carried out by
single person with expertise in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with renewed
energy as BYIRINGIRO Elysee steps in
bringing a fresh perspective and a contagious enthusiasm. Trained in the art of
rehabilitation massage an relevant support to children with disabilities,
Elysee is not just here to lend a helping hand but to become an integral part
of the transformative journey each child undertakes.
For the very first day Children get to like him due to his background in addition to legs disability that allow him to walk only on crutches, their interactions with the children were not just about exercises and routines but moments of connection, laughter, and encouragement. This is a great step and success to STC, As the purpose of the organization aligns with rehabilitation, massage and recreation activities to ensure the wellbeing of children with disabilities providing services to those with less and or no capability on means of attaining that service
we do advocacy to run our initiatives and our actions started in january 2020 we started with nothing unless the family members efforts and our professional knowledge to carry on these initiatives
