Assessment Session for Children at STC
At Stand Together for Change (STC), ensuring the health and
well-being of every child in our care is important. Recently, we conducted an assessment
session, in collaboration with dedicated community health workers, to evaluate
the nutritional status of all children enrolled in our programs.
During this assessment, each child underwent a series of
screenings designed to gauge their overall health and nutritional needs. By the
help of community health workers who measured the children's weights, heights,
and arm diameters, using standardized tools and protocols to ensure accuracy
and reliability indicating the level of nutrition which are assigned in colors
(Red, green), The red means low nutrition level or malnutrition while green
means normality.
we do advocacy to run our initiatives and our actions started in january 2020 we started with nothing unless the family members efforts and our professional knowledge to carry on these initiatives
