This boy lives together with his family and one sibling who was born normal with no disability, Elysee is not able to attend normal schools, he frequently got his entertainment while at center for several rehabilitation services.
we do advocacy to run our initiatives and our actions started in january 2020 we started with nothing unless the family members efforts and our professional knowledge to carry on these initiatives
