UWINEZA Elizabeth is 8 years old born with cerebral palsy due to a prolonged labor, Elizabeth can now sit and turn around but she can’t stand and walk,

her parents are poor with other 5 siblings and one of them has a mental disorder ( psychiatric )

Elisabeth needs proper rehabilitation to improve her physical abilities and will need special education, a cost of six hundred thousand Rwandan franc (600,000Rwf ) | $600 can cover a six months rehabilitation treatment at a specialized hospital so that people can assess the progress for the future planning
