The closing of open day of JADF in Muhanga District
As the opening day was held and scheduled in four working
days from 16th to 19th Our organization (STC) was in this
opening day where all activities that are being implemented in STC are
presented to the public. During these events, prospective students, parents,
and other interested individuals are invited to visit the stands of different
organizations and individuals, attend presentations, interact with STC members
and some of the activities like hand crafts and home decorations that are made
by mothers of children with disabilities.
. An open day was held, bringing together various institutions, organizations, and enthusiastic individuals to celebrate the values of inclusion and support for children with disabilities. As an NGO dedicated to empowering and uplifting these children, we were honored to participate in this momentous occasion. As
an NGO focused on supporting children with disabilities, our participation in
the open day was an opportunity to showcase our programs and initiatives that
empower these young individuals. Our booth was meticulously arranged, adorned with
captivating photographs and inspiring success stories. It served as a platform
to inform visitors about the range of services we offered, including education,
vocational training, therapy, and counseling.
we do advocacy to run our initiatives and our actions started in january 2020 we started with nothing unless the family members efforts and our professional knowledge to carry on these initiatives
In a poignant moment of acknowledgment, the organizing
committee took the stage to honor the remarkable contributions made by
different participants. To our delight and surprise, our NGO was awarded a
certificate of participation, recognizing our unwavering dedication and
relentless efforts to uplift children with disabilities. The certificate was a
testament to the collective endeavor of our passionate team, generous
supporters, and the incredible children whose lives we have touched.
